Rated pressure 20T, upper and lower templates are independently heated, temperature control accuracy ±1℃, temperature range from room temperature to 250℃ (customizable); pressure accuracy ±5N, positioning accuracy ±0.01mm; common workbench size 600×500mm, stroke 50-400mm customizable.
Servo motor drive, PLC + special control unit, Chinese touch screen; supports storage and recall of 100 sets of programs, seven pressing modes, full closed-loop control of pressure/displacement.
1.  Precise temperature and pressure control: The whole process coordinates temperature/pressure/time, displays real-time curves, judges product quality online, and automatically rejects defective products.

2.  High efficiency and intelligence: No-load speed 150-200mm/s, working feed speed as low as 18mm/s; pressing data can be exported and saved to a computer, supporting quality traceability.

3.  Reliable structure: Four-column three-plate has high rigidity and deformation resistance; optional casters and foot cups for convenient movement and leveling; built-in hydraulic system for neat appearance.
